The Consumer Services Department is responsible for providing an excellent Customer Service experience for all GEUS consumers. This department is made up of 6 teams including; Customer Service, Cashiering, Billing, Metering, Collections and Marketing. Assisting customers from the initial start of service, account questions or concerns that may arise monthly, payment processing, bill generation, meter reading, collections and community outreach and involvement are a few of services that you can expect.
