Yes, Customers can select what type of alerts they wish to receive and when to receive those alerts. GEUS recommends that these alerts not be scheduled before 7:00 am in order to receive the most up-to-date information.
Disconnects will occur once daily. Payments must be made no later than 1:30pm daily to avoid disconnection.
As soon as you receive the door hanger that your meter has been upgraded you should contact GEUS Customer Service and start using the new SmartPay revalue system.
