General Features and how it works

• You will need to set up your online account. You will get an email each month when your bill is ready to view online. A paper bill will also be mailed to you, but please consider the option under Account Settings of not receiving a paper bill.

• You will be able to view your last three bills online.

• You can make one-time or reoccurring payments by CC (credit card) or ACH (bank account)

• There will be no fees for credit card or bank draft.

• Credit card payments allow the convenience of using a card instead of a check and will benefit cardholders who collect frequent flyer miles or other rewards on their credit card expenditures.

• Save trees and stop mailbox clutter! You can stop receiving mailed bills and make all of your payments online automatically.

Please note: Online payments entered after 9:00 p.m. will not process for that day, but will process on the next day’s payments. This means that if you pay online at 9:05 p.m. on the due date, you will be assessed a late fee. To avoid this you will need to drop payment in the drop box at a payment location.
