Payments can be made online, by mail in the envelope provided, or at the GEUS service center on Wesley Street.
You can use your Mastercard, VISA, Discover, or other Novus credit card for utility payments. Online bill payment also allows you to set up an automatic bank draft to pay your bill. There is no extra charge for credit card or bank draft payment.

You will be charged for more than one re-read in a year. Begining with the second re-read, there is a $5 fee if the reading is correct.
You may also have your meter replaced. If testing shows the pulled meter is in proper working order, you will be billed $15 for meter replacement. If the old meter was defective, there is no charge.
